Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Elysium (“Elysium”, “we”, “us”) operates the Elysium Bespoke mobile app and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect from our customers, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written for the Elysium Bespoke client portal; it also covers enquiries made through this website.

Elysium is operated by 1001577877 Ontario Ltd., Ontario, Canada.

Who this applies to

Elysium Bespoke is a private portal for customers who have placed an order with Elysium. Accounts are opened by Elysium staff — the app has no public sign-up.

What we collect

Information you give us, or give our staff

  • Your name, email address and phone number, used to open and identify your account.
  • Delivery addresses and contact details for your order.
  • Payment receipts you upload as images, and any notes you add.
  • Your signature, when you sign a contract in the app.

Information created by your order

  • Order and item records, quantities, prices, invoices, payment records and balances.
  • Production, inspection, shipping, delivery and after-sales records relating to your order, including photographs and video taken at the factory.

Technical information

  • Your app language preference and the app version you are running, so the app can display correctly and we can help you when something goes wrong.
  • Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, request) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your browsing or search history, your health or financial account data, or any advertising identifier.

How we use it

We use this information only to:

  • give you access to your own orders and documents in the app;
  • authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • fulfil your order — manufacture, inspect, ship, deliver and service it;
  • communicate with you about your order and respond to support requests;
  • keep the business and tax records Canadian law requires us to keep.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

No tracking, no advertising

The Elysium Bespoke app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who can see your information

  • Elysium staff, limited by role. Our systems enforce this at the database level: a staff member only sees the projects they are assigned to, and only the fields their role allows.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf:
    • Supabase — database, file storage and authentication, hosted in Canada (ca-central-1);
    • Expo (EAS) — delivers app updates; it receives the app’s platform and version, not your account data;
    • Apple and Google — distribute the app through their stores under their own privacy policies;
    • Vercel — hosts this website.
  • Suppliers and partners who need specific information to fulfil your order, such as the factory producing your furniture, the freight forwarder, and the delivery and installation crew. They receive only what that job requires.

Cross-border processing: Elysium works with manufacturers in China and employs staff there. Order-related information — including your name, delivery city, and the items in your order — may be accessed by our staff and suppliers in China for the purpose of producing, inspecting and shipping your order. Information stored in our systems while being accessed this way remains hosted in Canada.

We will also disclose information if we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records — generally seven years from the end of the relevant tax year. Inspection photographs and contracts are kept for the same period, because they are the evidence behind your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • see the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your account and the personal information we are not legally required to keep;
  • stop emailing you about anything other than your active orders.

Use the “Request account deletion” entry in the app (Profile tab), or email customer-service@shopelysium.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account closes your access to the portal; records we must keep for tax and legal purposes are retained as described above and are not used for any other purpose.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your records is enforced by row-level security in our database, not only by the user interface. Files such as inspection photographs and contracts are served through short-lived, authenticated links rather than public URLs. No system is perfect, but we restrict access to the minimum each role needs.

Children

Elysium Bespoke is a business tool for our customers. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and — if the change is significant — tell you in the app or by email.

您提供给我们或我们员工的信息

  • 订单的收货地址与联系方式;
  • 您上传的付款凭证图片,以及您填写的备注;
  • 您在 App 内签署合同时的签名。

由订单产生的信息

  • 订单与明细记录、数量、价格、账单、付款记录与余额;
  • 与您订单相关的生产、验货、运输、配送与售后记录,包括工厂现场拍摄的照片与视频。

技术信息

  • 您的界面语言设置与所运行的 App 版本,用于正确显示界面、以及在出问题时协助您;
  • 由托管服务商保存的标准服务器访问日志(IP、时间、请求),用于安全与排障。

我们不会收集您的位置、通讯录、浏览或搜索记录、健康或金融账户数据,也不收集任何广告标识符。

我们如何使用

仅用于:

  • 让您在 App 内查看属于您自己的订单与文件;
  • 验证您的身份、保障账号安全;
  • 履行您的订单——生产、验货、运输、配送与售后;
  • 就您的订单与您沟通、回应您的支持请求;
  • 保存加拿大法律要求我们保存的业务与税务记录。

我们不会将您的信息用于广告,不会对您做用户画像,也不会向任何人出售、出租或交换您的个人信息。

不追踪、不投广告

Elysium Bespoke 不包含任何广告 SDK,也不包含第三方分析 SDK,不会跨其他公司的应用或网站追踪您。

谁能看到

  • Elysium 员工,按岗位受限。限制由数据库层强制执行:员工只能看到自己被加入的项目,且只能看到其岗位允许的字段。
  • 代我们处理数据的服务商:
    • Supabase —— 数据库、文件存储与身份验证,托管于加拿大(ca-central-1);
    • Expo (EAS) —— 分发 App 更新,仅接收 App 的平台与版本信息,不接收您的账号数据;
    • Apple 与 Google —— 通过各自的应用商店分发本 App,适用其自身隐私政策;
    • Vercel —— 托管本网站。
  • 为履行订单所必需的供应商与合作方,例如生产您家具的工厂、货运代理、配送与安装团队。他们只会获得完成该项工作所必需的信息。

跨境处理:Elysium 与中国的制造商合作,并在中国雇有员工。为生产、验货与发运您的订单,我们在中国的员工与供应商可能接触到订单相关信息,包括您的姓名、收货城市与订单中的商品。上述访问过程中,存储在我们系统中的数据仍托管于加拿大。

在法律要求、或为主张与抗辩法律权利时,我们也会披露相关信息。

保存多久

在您的账号存续期间我们会保存您的账号与订单信息;此后按法律要求保存业务与税务记录,一般为相关纳税年度结束后七年。验货照片与合同按相同期限保存,因为它们是您订单的凭证。

您的权利

您可以要求我们:

  • 查看我们持有的您的个人信息;
  • 更正其中有误的内容;
  • 删除您的账号,以及法律未要求我们保留的个人信息;
  • 停止向您发送与进行中订单无关的邮件。

请使用 App 内「我的 → 申请注销账号」,或发邮件至 customer-service@shopelysium.com。我们将在 30 天内回复。注销账号后您将无法再访问本门户;出于税务与法律目的必须保留的记录按上述期限留存,且不会用于任何其他用途。

如您对我们的处理结果不满意,可联系加拿大隐私专员公署(Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada)。

安全

数据传输全程加密(HTTPS/TLS)。对您记录的访问控制由数据库的行级安全策略强制执行,而不仅仅依赖界面层。验货照片、合同等文件通过短时效的鉴权链接提供,不使用公开 URL。没有任何系统是绝对安全的,但我们将访问权限收窄到每个岗位所必需的最小范围。

未成年人

Elysium Bespoke 是面向客户的业务工具,不面向儿童,我们不会在知情的情况下收集 16 岁以下人士的个人信息。

变更

如本政策发生变更,我们会更新上方的生效日期;若变更重大,我们会在 App 内或通过邮件告知您。
